Refund Policy

1. General Information

We want you to be satisfied with your order from Yomera.
However, should something not fit, you will find all important information regarding returns and refunds here.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Return

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Further information on this can be found in our cancellation policy.

You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.

3. Conditions for Refunds

A refund will be issued as soon as:

  • the goods have been received by us
  • or proof of shipment for the return is available

The goods should arrive at our facility:

  • undamaged
  • complete
  • preferably in the original packaging

4. Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds are excluded for:

  • opened or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • perishable goods
  • products that have already been used

5. Refund Method

The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration or after receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us immediately at:

We will quickly find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • first check your bank account
  • contact your credit card company or bank

It may take some time for the refund to be visible.
