1. Shipping regions

We currently ship to:

• Germany
• EU

2. Shipping provider

Shipping is generally handled by DHL.

For larger orders or increased shipping volumes, we reserve the right to commission a freight forwarder.

3. Delivery times

Delivery time:

• Germany: approx. 3–5 business days
• Outside Germany: 5–8 business days

Please note:
For payment in advance, shipping will take place only after payment has been received.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed transparently before the order is completed.

Germany

• Free shipping within Germany for orders over €79
• Free shipping outside Germany for orders over €149
• Below this amount, the shipping costs will be displayed at checkout

5. Important information

• No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays
• In individual cases, delays may occur

6. Sustainability

Sustainability is a central part of our work.

Whenever possible, we use recycled shipping boxes and largely avoid plastic in our packaging. As a result, packaging may occasionally show external signs of use. The contents are, of course, always new and carefully packaged.

We are convinced that using resources responsibly can make an important contribution to the future.
